We are seeking a strategic operator to join our team, situated at the core of a rapidly growing crypto-centric organization. As a pivotal team member in Custody, Growth and Strategy, you will lead essential institutional endeavors across the company, spanning from client pilot programs and onboarding preparations to RFP strategy and execution. Collaborating with key stakeholders in Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance, you will convert intricate opportunities into structured, scalable successes. Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of digital assets, institutional sales, custody, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Proficient in project and program management tools.
• Experience in supporting or managing RFI/RFP responses and critical client deliverables.
• Capability to create customized materials and engagement resources in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

• Lead institutional pilot programs and ensure comprehensive readiness across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-departmental operations for client-specific campaigns, programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Support RFI/RFP submissions and proposal management for institutional and government prospects.
• Tailor collateral and communications to align with client preferences and strategic goals.
• Offer strategic and operational leverage to facilitate company-wide GTM objectives.

Organizational Knowledge:

• Comfort in high-growth, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
• Develop scalable playbooks and enhance processes while simultaneously implementing real-time strategies.
• Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to execute complex client projects without generating obstacles.

Communication and Influence:

• Align closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to execute high-priority initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted collaborator throughout the organization, with an innate ability for internal and external communication.
• Assist in creating executive-ready materials and client-facing narratives.
• Maintain momentum and clarity across multifaceted projects and cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience encompassing both crypto startups and traditional financial services.
• Concurrently, possess at least 1 year of experience at a crypto custodian, directly engaged with institutional workflows, onboarding, or custody infrastructure.
• Demonstrated history of leading cross-functional initiatives linked to institutional client service.
• Ability to navigate diverse institutional client segments and engage multiple internal stakeholders.
• Experience in launching or supporting strategic pilots, campaigns, or onboarding programs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in complex or ambiguous workstreams.
