In the role of an OTC Trader, you will collaborate closely with seasoned traders and quantitative researchers to manage the OTC portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills: -Display a deep-rooted understanding of the crypto market with an evident passion for the field. -Provide quotes to and engage in trades with OTC counterparties. -Operate automated trading systems while adjusting strategy parameters as needed.
Work Complexity and Impact: -Manage the desk's active positions, including manual risk reduction when the situation necessitates it. -Stay abreast of evolving industry trends and the underlying drivers of market prices and liquidity to enhance client engagement and execution strategies. -Demonstrate executive presence while interfacing with institutional clients, prospects, and C-level executives.

Community Operation
