Compensation at Anchorage Digital is highly competitive and tailored around market data. All full-time employees are offered a leading market salary, substantial equity, and a comprehensive perks and benefits package.
Compensation Details:
- Salary Range: $139,910 - $220,000 (may differ based on regional location and job grade). The final compensation alignment will occur during the interview process, considering the required skills, abilities, and experience.
