We are a globally dispersed team that embraces remote work, while also offering the option for in-office work in several locations such as New York City, Sioux Falls, Porto, Lisbon, and Singapore. As a valuable member of our Automation Engineering team, your primary focus will be on enhancing our operational efficiency significantly. This entails actively developing capabilities within existing back-office systems to minimize manual tasks and harmonize disparate systems. This role necessitates a versatile and comprehensive technical skill set as you will be tasked with creating new backend services, integrating with a diverse range of existing backend and frontend services, and building upon them. Your contributions will be substantial as you collaborate directly with our Global Operations teams to identify key pain points, prioritize initiatives, translate operational requirements into technical specifications, and ultimately design, develop, and implement solutions that empower our entire organization.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in swiftly navigating diverse codebases across various internal systems.
