Member of Technical Staff, Settlements
At Anchorage Digital, we are dedicated to developing the most cutting-edge digital asset platform specifically tailored for institutional involvement in the crypto space.
Established in 2017, Anchorage Digital is a regulated crypto platform offering institutions a comprehensive suite of financial services and infrastructure solutions. With the distinction of being the first federally chartered crypto bank in the US, Anchorage Digital sets itself apart by providing institutions a unique blend of secure custody, regulatory adherence, diverse product offerings, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking individuals to join our team who embody humility, creativity, and a thirst for learning.
We operate as a globally dispersed team, with the option for in-office work locations in New York City, Sioux Falls, Porto, Lisbon, and Singapore. For team members not in close proximity to our physical offices, we actively endorse and sponsor quarterly in-person collaboration days to foster stronger team bonds.
The team's objective is to enable institutions to securely settle assets at scale, enhancing digital asset liquidity while minimizing counterparty risk. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently and swiftly translate requirements into code. You will collaborate closely with a small, high-performing team to design, implement, and maintain new software components and services.
We firmly believe at Anchorage Digital that a product is never truly "finished," and there is always room for improvement. Upon joining us, we anticipate you to drive our products forward by conceiving novel solutions for our institutional clients. As a team, we are continuously pushing boundaries to innovate and shape the future of cryptocurrency and the digital asset ecosystem.
Performance assessment and career progression at Anchorage Digital entails acquiring, possessing, and effectively applying a relevant set of skills and competencies.
