Middle Office Operations Analyst (Trading Platform)

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team involved in the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of software solutions for diverse venture projects. These projects are closely tied to our core business areas and are executed with lean, fast-moving teams. As a valuable team member, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable applications across different components, spanning from frontend UI to backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring of daily trade activities, balance sheets, and positions across various asset classes and exchanges.
• Conducting daily reconciliations between exchange data and internal systems to ensure accuracy.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies in trade data promptly.
• Collaborating with Trading, Risk, and Engineering teams to address operational issues efficiently.
• Managing the onboarding of new accounts and financial instruments while ensuring accurate configurations.
• Utilizing internal tools to track trade flows and data quality metrics.
• Documenting incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Participating in a 24/7 support rotation to ensure platform availability across different regions.
• Contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Operations within trading environments.
• Proficiency in the end-to-end trade lifecycle process.
• Experience in handling multi-asset products such as crypto, FX, equities, and derivatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently address data inconsistencies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL) and Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and Kibana.
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced trading environments that require attention to detail.
• Prior exposure to 24/7 production support is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Python or scripting for automation is a plus.
