Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective monetization strategies, focusing on in-game purchases, subscriptions, and revenue streams.

- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and optimize performance of monetization initiatives, ensuring revenue growth through informed decisions.

- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of various monetization tactics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to uphold competitiveness and innovation.
- Prepare regular reports on monetization performance, offering insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Game Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in monetization, game operations, or product management within the video game industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth for free-to-play or live-service games.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and game development platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of game economies, user engagement strategies, and various monetization models.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with an aptitude for presenting complex ideas.
- Passion for video games and a deep understanding of player motivations.
