Motion Designer

We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Motion Designer to join the Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. The role involves collaborating closely with the Senior Motion Designer to create captivating digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, keep up with digital trends, and excel at turning concepts into visually appealing assets.

This role requires proficiency in AI tools and allows for remote work flexibility, enabling effective collaboration from any location.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing digital content that adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance the quality and innovation of digital content.
• Optimize content for different digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Create engaging narratives through 2D or 3D motion graphics for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, offer creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist the team in conceptualizing designs that align with project goals.
• Produce visuals and content using AI tools, ensuring strong social exposure for reaching and engaging target audiences.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, design, or agency settings.
• Demonstrated experience as a Motion Designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing various digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics.
• Results-driven mindset with experience in performance ads.
• Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with relevant tools, such as Figma.
• Solid grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience creating content for digital channels and social media platforms, with knowledge of AI tools and an advantage in 3D motion graphics.
• Understanding of fintech, crypto, and NFT spaces is beneficial.
