We are currently on the lookout for a skilled individual to fill the position of Motion Graphic Designer.
As the Motion Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with the Marketing Director and collaborating with various designers and artists. We are in search of someone with excellent skills, a strong creative flair, and exceptional visual taste. Your main responsibility will be to create top-notch motion graphics from initial concepts to the final deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with the Marketing Department to produce motion design content for various disciplines including UGC, Publishing, IP, Merchandise, BD, etc.
Use industry benchmarks to ensure final products align with market demands.
Design and animate different types of motion products to meet project requirements.
Develop video montages for Seedify's diverse content.
Engage in team discussions, contribute ideas, pitch concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Manage priorities effectively to deliver high-quality designs within set timelines and resources.
Required Qualifications:
Possess 1 to 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer in fields such as UX/UI, branding, advertising, marketing, or related areas, with expertise in the video creation process.
Proficient in motion design software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Cinema 4D, as well as 3D programs such as Maya and 3Ds Max.
Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetically pleasing animated designs and strive for top-tier quality consistently.
Showcase strong storytelling skills with a creative mindset and the ability to pioneer innovative motion designs.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to interpret project goals and convert creative directions into impactful end products.
Exhibits strong drive and organization in design processes, ensuring timely project completion and maintaining productivity.
Maintain a player-centric approach, understanding the player community's needs to enhance the overall player experience.
