You'll Be Empowered To 🎮

• Serve as a culture curator, bringing our company values and culture narrative to life every day through creative and surprising ways that inspire and engage our team (called "Immutables").
• Design and cultivate experiences and spaces that foster collaboration and enable our team to do their best work.
• Act as a key point of contact at our Sydney HQ, providing trusted support and problem-solving.
• Manage office operations, including facilities, IT support, and reception.
• Enhance the vibe and employee experience for both physical and remote environments, including ideating and executing events and benefits.
• Assist the team with travel booking, diary management, and general administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a workplace experience/office management role or similar.
• High energy and a go-getter mindset.
• Experience and passion for creating and driving positive company culture initiatives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Willingness to work outside your assigned role and contribute to other areas as needed in a startup environment.
