- Serve as a culture curator, bringing our company values and culture narrative to life every day through creative and surprising ways that inspire and engage our team (called "Immutables").
- Design and cultivate experiences and spaces that foster collaboration and enable our team to do their best work.
- Act as a key point of contact at our Sydney HQ, providing trusted support and problem-solving.
- Manage office operations, including facilities, IT support, and reception.
