About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program offers a structured short-term initiative aimed at providing a hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving Web3 sector to Early Career Talent. Participants will gain insights into the inner workings of Binance, expand their professional network, and acquire transferable skills to advance their careers through a combination of job responsibilities, networking opportunities, and skill development activities.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of AI evaluation processes throughout our infrastructure to ensure the reliable performance monitoring and continuous enhancement of AI models.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in models.
• Construct and maintain scalable data pipelines for processing raw data, executing transformations, and feeding downstream systems.
• Collaborate with various teams, including security, engineering, and product departments, to integrate security and compliance aspects into the development life cycle.
• Automation of repetitive workflows and implementation of solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Basic Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, with practical experience in making API calls and handling data in formats like JSON using libraries such as requests.
• Strong data processing skills in PySpark and SQL (Hive) for handling large data workloads in distributed environments to support data insights.
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including version control with Git.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and logical thinking to analyze challenges, determine root causes, and devise effective solutions.
• Enthusiasm for learning, coupled with strong communication skills to engage with team members effectively and take ownership of tasks from inception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with AI or evaluation projects, showcasing familiarity with AI concepts, data labeling, and model performance assessment.
• Understanding of large language models (LLM) and related issues, providing context for AI evaluation work.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Label Studio for data annotation and Airflow for workflow orchestration.
