Operating Chair – Board Director, Independent, Crypto-Native

We are looking for a skilled Operations Leader to be the operational backbone of our expanding crypto-native organization. This role involves leading and enforcing disciplined processes across a range of technical and financial teams, such as engineering, data science, decentralized finance, and finance functions.

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence through structured frameworks, clear decision-making processes, and robust reporting. Acting as a vital link between strategic vision and tactical execution, you will ensure that all teams uphold accountability and remain aligned with our organizational goals in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires someone who excels in combining traditional operational practices with innovative crypto concepts. You should be adept at bringing order and systematic thinking to rapidly changing scenarios while maintaining the agility needed for success in the digital asset industry.

Competencies include operational leadership, extensive experience in crypto operations, including DeFi, strategic decision-making, project management discipline, execution focus, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements for this role include at least 4 years of experience in crypto operations related to fintech, market data, or exchange products, a track record of delivering products and managing KPIs, strong meeting cadence, KPI dashboard management, and exceptional written communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to obtain approval for outside activities and sign confidentiality agreements.
