Role Overview
We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join our operations team at Flipster. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in data analytics, proficiency in SQL, Appscript, and Zendesk admin. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, creating and refining management reports on a regular basis, contributing to backend automation projects, and managing data collection and processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop weekly and quarterly reports
- Support campaign operations and oversee reward distributions
- Create and maintain workflows and automations
- Manage LiveChat, Ticketing, and Answer Bot systems
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by management
Requirements
- Proficiency with Zendesk, specifically as a Zendesk administrator
- Familiarity with SQL and BigQuery
- Basic grasp of Javascript or Googlescript
- Experience with API development
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or tech company
