Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) following agreed standards within the Operating Office and Operational Risk team.
- Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Continuously analyze business processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Present reports on process performance tracking and incorporate feedback.
- Identify delivery gaps, suggest process improvements, and lead internal projects to enhance delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise business process enhancement strategies.
- Supervise all aspects of implementing business process improvement initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external teams to facilitate operational scaling.
Requirements
- Possess 1-3 years or more of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferably have a background in internal or external consulting.
- Hands-on experience in operational or Business Process Management within a financial services organization.
- Strong coordination skills and strategic thinking for facilitating internal cross-team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
- Proficient in identifying and resolving complex problems.
