In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading operational activities in Kazakhstan. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to formulate strategies and execute them, engaging in tasks ranging from administrative duties to strategizing, project leadership, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in devising expansion plans and shaping strategies for launching new services, ensuring alignment with Government Relations, Marketing, and Tech teams throughout the process.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain exceptional operational norms in critical areas like user onboarding and customer service.
- Utilize comprehensive data analysis through dashboards to enhance user experience, track and report operational metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and implement suitable action plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, utilizing region-specific insights to drive change, conduct experiments, and implement operational improvements within our product operations.
