Operations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading operational activities in Kazakhstan. Your duties will encompass contributing to all facets of the business, from ensuring top-notch operations to introducing innovative product offerings exclusively in your region. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to formulate strategies and execute them, engaging in tasks ranging from administrative duties to strategizing, project leadership, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in devising expansion plans and shaping strategies for launching new services, ensuring alignment with Government Relations, Marketing, and Tech teams throughout the process.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain exceptional operational norms in critical areas like user onboarding and customer service.
• Utilize comprehensive data analysis through dashboards to enhance user experience, track and report operational metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and implement suitable action plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, utilizing region-specific insights to drive change, conduct experiments, and implement operational improvements within our product operations.

Key Qualifications:

• Ten years of demonstrated success in roles like management consulting or operations in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilization for strategic decision-making across regions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex business problems, building persuasive business cases, and leveraging quantitative models to steer operational strategies.
• A entrepreneurial mindset, exhibiting leadership qualities to navigate innovative sustainable operations.
• Strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills, adept at fostering robust relationships with team members, colleagues from various departments, and external partners.
• Passion for the crypto and digital asset industry, demonstrating enthusiasm to drive industry transformation.
• Previous experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, showcasing comfort with dynamic settings.
