Overview
Our client, a forward-thinking startup in the crypto futures exchange industry, is in search of an Operations Manager who will collaborate closely with the CEO to lead day-to-day operations. This role involves overseeing people operations, enhancing processes, and cultivating a high-performing team. The aim is to drive organizational efficiency and support global growth within our fast-paced fintech sphere.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional operations throughout the organization by ensuring smooth integration between HR, legal, finance, marketing, and business development departments.
- Implement scalable systems with well-defined performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Drive talent management initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance assessments.
- Foster robust internal communication and team unity, while also promoting a vibrant company culture in a dynamic, dispersed work setting.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic planning and execution. Overlook people operations, streamline processes, and develop a highly proficient team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in operational leadership, showcasing a track record of expanding teams and optimizing processes in rapidly growing companies.
- Extensive background in human resources management, organizational development, and inter-department collaboration.
- Previous experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, or digital startups is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong organizational and leadership qualities.
- Ability to adapt to diverse and dynamic work environments with team members from varied cultural backgrounds.
- Willingness to relocate.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a bonus.
