Role and Responsibilities

• Enhancing operational management systems, processes, and best practices within the P2P BD team
• Monitoring team performance and productivity, providing feedback and training for improvement
• Analyzing existing operations and processes, identifying areas for enhancement
• Tracking operational and risk metrics, escalating potential issues
• Collaborating with BD and CS teams to manage complex orders and address merchant inquiries
• Working across departments to ensure operations align with organizational objectives
• Executing business projects, ensuring timely coordination and delivery
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders on goals, deadlines, and deliverables
• Maintaining regular reporting schedules

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant operational experience
• Proficiency in blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments
• Strong analytical and data processing abilities
• Skilled at creating impactful reports and presentations
• Excellent planning, organizing, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong team-oriented mindset and work ethic
