Role and Responsibilities
- Enhancing operational management systems, processes, and best practices within the P2P BD team
- Monitoring team performance and productivity, providing feedback and training for improvement
- Analyzing existing operations and processes, identifying areas for enhancement
- Tracking operational and risk metrics, escalating potential issues
- Collaborating with BD and CS teams to manage complex orders and address merchant inquiries
- Working across departments to ensure operations align with organizational objectives
- Executing business projects, ensuring timely coordination and delivery
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders on goals, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintaining regular reporting schedules
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with relevant operational experience
- Proficiency in blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments
- Strong analytical and data processing abilities
- Skilled at creating impactful reports and presentations
- Excellent planning, organizing, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong team-oriented mindset and work ethic
