BPay is a fiat money wallet specially crafted to support Binance's cryptocurrency operations, serving as a fiat wallet that empowers customers to securely hold and manage their funds. It allows customers to create wallets for purchasing cryptocurrencies on the Binance platform using verified, appropriately named accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in alignment with established standards within the operational office and operational risk team.
- Assess existing business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Continuously analyze productivity, quality, and cost-related aspects of business processes.
- Prepare and present reports on process performance tracking, incorporating feedback for improvement.
- Identify delivery gaps, propose process enhancements, and lead internal projects to improve delivery results.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to strategize business process enhancements.
- Supervise all implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams to facilitate operational scalability.
- Manage communication with third-party partners to address customer issues and oversee pending items effectively.
- Act as a central link between various departments of BPay and outsourced entities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience of 1-3 years or more with a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous exposure to internal or external consulting is desirable.
- Proven hands-on experience in operational or business process management, preferably within a financial services setting.
- Strong coordination abilities and a strategic mindset for fostering cross-team collaboration.
- Track record of successful stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex problems effectively.
