About the Role
Toku is seeking a remote Paralegal Immigration Specialist in the UK focused on supporting European immigration matters and compliance.
As the Immigration Specialist Paralegal, you will oversee client immigration cases and actively support the immigration practice by assisting attorneys, clients, and employees with various immigration-related tasks. In collaboration with the legal team at Toku, you will contribute to pioneering initiatives in global employment and token compensation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary assessments of immigration cases and collect relevant client and employee data.
- Collaborate with clients, foreign nationals, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation.
- Prepare, draft, and review immigration forms, visa applications, and permits, ensuring compliance with UK and European immigration laws.
- Assist in the preparation of various visa applications, such as Tier 2, Tier 4, Schengen visas, and other European travel permits.
- Track case statuses and timelines to guarantee timely filing and processing.
- Stay informed about changes to UK immigration regulations and policies.
- Conduct research to resolve immigration-related issues and provide support on special projects as required.
Requirements
- Paralegal certification or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience as an immigration paralegal specializing in UK and European immigration.
- Profound knowledge of UK and European immigration laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to client satisfaction.
- Exceptional attention to detail and well-developed organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
