You will play a vital role as a Partner Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to fuel growth through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities
- Devise and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy in alignment with overarching objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic marketing partnerships with key regional entities to spur mutual development.
- Monitor and assess the performance of partner marketing initiatives, offering actionable insights and suggestions for enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with the GTM Lead to integrate partner marketing activities into broader go-to-market approaches.
- Identify and nurture relationships with essential industry partners to ensure meaningful business value from all marketing collaborations.
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, leveraging shared resources and networks to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Provide strategic input and feedback to leadership to shape global partner marketing strategies.
- Monitor and refine the performance of partner marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and results.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in partner marketing, business development, or a related field, with a notable emphasis on the Web3 and crypto domains.
- Demonstrated success in initiating and managing impactful marketing partnerships that contribute to business and brand exposure growth.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven record of effective collaboration with diverse partners on a global scale.
- Strong project management capabilities, proficient in overseeing and prioritizing numerous marketing initiatives to enhance growth and impact.
- Proficient in English, with proficiency in Mandarin or another APAC language required.
