About The Role
Due to an exciting internal promotion, a Partner Success Manager is needed to join the Developer Growth team. This individual will play a pivotal role in meeting customer success goals for scaled tier customers who are early adopters of products, providing essential feedback to the product teams at Immutable. Responsibilities will include identifying potential breakout games, guiding developers in the web3 landscape, and serving as the primary contact representing Immutable in partnerships.
You’ll Be Empowered To:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage game developers and enhance Partner Success practices
- Regularly assess a portfolio of accounts to pinpoint high-potential accounts and evaluate risks and opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor, spotting opportunities, trends, and risks in web3 gaming to support games in their launch and growth on Immutable's platform
- Take responsibility for revenue generation from owned accounts
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture to ensure the smooth integration of Immutable products into partners' games
- Work cross-functionally, advocating for the customer in internal teams at Immutable
We'd Love You To Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a highly technical product environment
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Keen interest and excitement about web3 gaming
- Willingness to be hands-on and flexible
- Technical proficiency for immediate troubleshooting and customer support, such as a background in computer science or IT.
