Responsibilities:
- Implement performance marketing strategies in collaboration with the founders to bridge current needs and long-term objectives.
- Manage ad purchasing, audience targeting, remarketing campaigns, and rapid iteration.
- Enhance market visibility and uptake of existing products.
- Oversee and implement campaign workflows, encompassing segmentation and target management.
- Curate content, optimize SEO strategies, and enhance the online presence.
- Identify and cultivate new growth channels while devising effective go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to brand strategy development, crafting the narrative and enhancing the brand's online presence.
- Spearhead external media efforts, including press releases, product landing pages, social media, and partnerships.
- Comfortably execute multiple marketing roles as the primary marketing personnel within the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in storytelling through various mediums - written, verbal, and visual.
- Proven track record of independently developing, executing, and managing performance marketing strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of advertising platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Expertise in planning and executing extensive marketing campaigns, with an inclination towards data-driven enhancements.
- Experience in market research, messaging, positioning, and branding.
- Preferably, experience in the SaaS industry and startup ecosystem.
- Self-driven, innovative approach with a focus on the execution of novel ideas.
- Ability to strike a balance between perfection and timely delivery.
- High adaptability, zeal for experimentation, and a willingness to learn from failures.
