Job Summary:

Binance, a prominent player in the global blockchain arena and home to the largest cryptocurrency exchange worldwide, is currently seeking an AI Agent Engineer to be a part of Tech Seeds 2026. This role offers an opportunity to engage in real-world AI projects that drive tangible impact. The ideal candidate will collaborate with seasoned engineers to create and implement AI agents and systems that enhance products and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute AI agent workflows and LLM-powered systems for practical business applications
• Develop and integrate tools and interfaces for agents across various internal systems
• Enhance agent quality and operational effectiveness through continuous evaluation and improvement
• Collaborate with different teams to translate complex business challenges into feasible AI solutions
• Contribute to backend services, internal platforms, and seamless interfaces for end-to-end project delivery
• Assist in defining reusable engineering standards, evaluation methodologies, and patterns for AI agents in production environments

Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
• Possesses 0-3 years of experience in software or AI engineering, inclusive of internships or related projects
• Strong foundational skills in Java or Python, with familiarity in TypeScript or backend development as an added advantage
• Good understanding of software engineering concepts including debugging, APIs, and system design
• Demonstrates a keen interest in LLMs, AI agents, tool implementation, and production-grade AI systems
• Capable of quick adaptation to new domains and efficient operation in uncertain settings
• Exceptional communication skills linking technical endeavors to business objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior engagement in personal or internship projects related to LLM apps, AI agents, automation, or internal tools
• Familiarity with industry APIs, vector databases, agent frameworks, or orchestration tools
• Exposure to cloud environments, backend systems, or operation support within fintech or related fields
