About the Platform Risk Team

The Platform Risk team focuses on ensuring the secure and risk-conscious operations of OKX. Our main objective is to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with the platform, ensuring a safe and reliable user experience. We achieve this by developing comprehensive risk management solutions, implementing robust risk assessment methodologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging threats. Through proactive management of platform risks, we aim to strengthen user trust and confidence in our services. Our goal is to foster a culture of risk awareness and excellence, integrating innovation and responsible risk practices to support the sustainable growth and resilience of our platform in the dynamic blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop technical plans for platform risk projects
• Coordinate resources, lead project research and development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion with high quality
• Facilitate cross-team communication and promote efficient teamwork through code quality control and collaboration
• Perform team tasks and promote the growth of technical talents in the industry

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Java with a deep understanding of JVM configuration optimization, IO, multi-threading, concurrency frameworks, common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Proficiency in programming specifications with relevant work experience
• Familiarity with mainstream open-source application frameworks such as SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Mybatis, SpringCloud, etc.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, Oracle, and knowledge of transactions, locks, indexes, database and SQL optimization, and design principles such as sub-database sub-table and leader/follower synchronization
• Familiarity with common middlewares such as MQ, RPC, cache, message queue, etc.
• Understanding of design principles of caching systems like Memcached, Redis, and ability to select suitable caching solutions
• Knowledge of distributed system principles including CAP, consistency, idempotent operation, etc.
• Clear logical thinking, quick problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities
