Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a Principal Product Manager to oversee usdc.com and collaborate extensively to drive initiatives for enhanced traffic and engagement on our newly launched website. This role concentrates on elevating user traffic, engagement, and awareness. You will spearhead critical initiatives, collaborating across teams to establish our website as a primary user hub for USDC-related activities and interactions.
As a strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders company-wide to grasp market dynamics, global and local trends, customer requirements, regulatory landscapes, and top-priority needs, constructing growth strategies and executing respective initiatives.
Your responsibilities include outlining a product vision, aligning cross-functionally with key stakeholders, and prioritizing efforts to maximize impact efficiently.
Key Areas of Work:
- Leading product vision and feature development for usdc.com to bolster user engagement and awareness.
- Engaging with various teams to address user pain points, propose new product concepts, communicate vision and strategy, and eliminate impediments to progress.
- Crafting a lucid product vision, attaining cross-functional alignment, and prioritizing initiatives for optimal success.
- Analyzing market dynamics, customer needs, and global/local trends to drive product decisions and strategy.
- Identifying business risks and devising mitigation strategies using available tools and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Managing concurrent projects and cycles with engineering teams to ensure feature releases are delivered efficiently.

Requirements:
Principal Product Manager with:
- Over 10 years of product management experience, driving substantial user adoption and growth through product launches and scaling.
- Proficiency in product strategy for complex products, risk management, mentoring, and influencing key partners for results.
- Previous expertise in managing and expanding consumer-facing online products and websites, including feature development, user experience optimization, and traffic generation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to monitor website performance, identify trends, and drive informed product decisions.
- Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure optimal product outcomes aligned with user experience (UX) principles.
- Ability to work effectively with Marketing teams to integrate digital marketing strategies for traffic and engagement.
- Track record of leading complex product initiatives from inception to success and generating substantial revenue.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, executives, architects, and developers to drive results.
- Proficiency in remote work and familiarity with tools like Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the development of fintech products in web3.
Additional Information:
- This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Compensation details take into account various factors including experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Compensation ranges may vary by location.
- Starting pay range: $187,500 - $240,000. Annual bonus target: 17.5%.
- Compensation package includes equity, medical, dental, vision benefits, and 401(k) along with a flexible vacation policy.
