Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a Principal Product Manager to take ownership of the usdc.com platform and drive initiatives to boost user engagement and traffic. This role involves spearheading efforts to increase awareness and interactions with the USDC platform, making usdc.com a central hub for user engagement. Collaborating across teams, the successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives, incorporate market dynamics, assess customer needs, and oversee product development and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a product vision, drive user engagement on usdc.com, and enhance platform awareness.
- Collaborate with various teams within Circle to understand user pain points, propose new product concepts, and ensure alignment for seamless progress.
- Establish a cohesive product strategy, align cross-functionally, and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.
- Stay abreast of market trends, customer requirements, and global/local dynamics to inform strategic product decisions.
- Identify potential business risks and implement mitigation strategies to proactively address them.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, partnering with engineering to deliver feature releases effectively.

Qualifications:
As the ideal candidate for this position, you will bring:
- Over 10 years of product management experience, with a focus on launching and scaling products to drive user growth.
- Proficiency in owning product strategy for complex products, managing associated risks, and mentoring other product managers.
- Domain expertise in managing consumer-facing online products, including feature development, user experience optimization, and traffic generation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making for tracking website performance and informing product choices.
- Proven ability to collaborate with design and engineering teams, ensuring best outcomes aligned with user experience principles.
- Experience integrating digital marketing efforts with website strategies to enhance traffic and user engagement.
- A track record of successfully leading and growing complex product initiatives generating substantive revenue.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels and influence positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in working remotely with diverse, global teams using collaborative tools.
Additional Information:
This role is open to candidates eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship. Circle is dedicated to ensuring inclusive financial opportunities, with a transparent and competitive compensation structure. Compensatory factors include experience, skill set, qualifications, and business needs. The salary range is between $187,500 and $240,000, with an annual bonus target of 17.5%.
