Role Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to take charge of usdc.com, leading endeavors to boost traffic and engagement on our recently launched website. This pivotal role centers on enhancing user interaction, awareness, and activity, aiming to establish the website as a primary destination for all USDC-related information and experiences.
In this key leadership position, you will collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization to gain insights into market dynamics, global trends, consumer needs, regulatory parameters, and high-priority requisites. By crafting a growth strategy, aligning stakeholders, and strategically prioritizing efforts for maximum impact, you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product vision, feature set, and roadmap for usdc.com, driving increased user engagement and awareness.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points, brainstorm product ideas, communicate vision and roadmaps, and overcome obstacles in product development.
- Establish a clear product vision, secure cross-functional alignment, and prioritize initiatives for optimal outcomes.
- Utilize insights from market trends, customer needs, and global shifts to inform product strategies and decisions.
- Identify business risks and devise mitigation plans, leveraging tools and alerts to communicate these risks effectively.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful feature releases.
Key Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching and scaling products for substantial user adoption and growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in product strategy formulation, risk management, and mentoring of other product managers.
- Proven domain knowledge in managing and expanding consumer-facing digital products and websites through feature development, user experience enhancement, and traffic generation.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive informed product decisions.
- Experience collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to ensure optimal product outcomes aligned with user experience best practices.
- Familiarity with integrating digital marketing efforts with website strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, from customers to executives, architects, and developers.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work setting, coordinating with teams in multiple time zones, and utilizing collaboration tools like Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- Enthusiasm for building fintech products in the dynamic web3 space.
