About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the global OKX user center system, including product planning, milestone tracking, and goal achievement.
- You will be in charge of designing, developing, and delivering our in-house user center product, focusing on building authentication capabilities, designing account structures, handling customer inquiries, and providing robust features for our users and customer service teams.
- You will ensure the quality of all end-to-end solution deliverables.
- You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify and mitigate product risks.
- With a focus on industry leadership, you will conduct in-depth research on industry trends, user needs, and market opportunities.
- You will manage at least two agile scrum teams.
What We Look For In You:
- You have relevant experience in user center domains and possess a strong logical and systematic approach to growth.
- You have at least 2 years of people management experience.
- You are self-motivated, client-focused, and energetic.
- You have experience in user center/account services within the e-commerce/crypto/finance/entertainment industry.
- You have the ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
- Ideally, you have worked for well-known internet/cryptocurrency companies like Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.
- You excel at identifying and solving complex problems to drive customer and business value. You have great empathy and a business-oriented mindset.
- You have a "Driver" mindset, always taking action, collaborating effectively, and prioritizing clarity and delivery.
- You are proficient in English, and Mandarin language skills are mandatory.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Product Manager role.

Design and maintain comprehensive risk frameworks tailored to Web3 systems (protocol, liquidity, counterparty, smart contract).
Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication

Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
(Bonus) Have contributed to DAOs or Web3 protocols before — or maybe you’ve been a degen with a spreadsheet.
