What you will be accountable for:
Circle is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to assist with expanding Circle's presence in the enterprise segment and with key partners. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Business Development and Demand Generation teams to develop strategic go-to-market plans aimed at increasing product adoption within priority market sectors. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs and market trends to craft effective positioning and messaging strategies for deployment across various platforms.
Your primary responsibilities will involve:
- Generating actionable insights for driving GTM strategies, including competitive analysis and evaluating customer needs
- Crafting GTM plans tailored to priority market segments and coordinating execution with cross-functional teams
- Developing marketing materials for client-facing teams to promote Circle's offerings to potential clients
- Serving as the subject matter expert on audience and messaging for designated market segments to support Marketing and Communications initiatives
What you will bring to Circle:
- Over 7 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or related fields, preferably in SaaS and blockchain services
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Skilled in crafting messaging, positioning, and segmentation strategies
- Experienced with creating sales collateral such as pitch decks, brochures, and case studies
- Background in marketing complex technical or financial solutions
- Self-motivated, with a keen interest in delving into technology and learning
- A strong passion for mastering intricate technical concepts in alignment with broader objectives
- Preferred: Direct experience in crypto/blockchain/Web3 or robust knowledge of the ecosystem

Circle is dedicated to fostering an inclusive financial future with a focus on transparency. Compensation ranges are determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, skillsets, qualifications, and organizational needs. The compensation package comprises base pay within $175,000 - $225,000 range, with an annual bonus target of 17.5%. Additionally, equity and benefits like medical, dental, vision coverage, and 401(k) are included. Circle offers a discretionary vacation policy, along with 10 days of paid sick leave and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
