Responsibilities:
We are in search of an enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager with a consulting background and in-depth knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. As part of our team, you will lead the development of a competitive intelligence function within the product marketing department, offering valuable insights that will shape the positioning and messaging of Circle's products for enterprises across various sectors. You will closely collaborate with teams in product development, sales, marketing, and communications to drive product marketing strategies effectively.
Key Duties:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and preferences of different customer segments, tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.
- Spearhead the advancement of the competitive intelligence function within the product marketing team, gaining insights into market dynamics and competitors' strategies.
- Work collaboratively across departments to convey competitive intelligence insights that impact product strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Establish and manage a complete repository of the competitive landscape, offering actionable intelligence to senior stakeholders.
- Provide training sessions on competitive positioning and market trends for sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with industry analysts and engage in primary research to validate competitive assumptions and understand customer sentiments.
- Monitor competitor activities and customer engagement strategies to inform adjustments to our market strategies.
- Be the central resource for competitive intelligence within the organization.
Requirements:
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in B2B product marketing or competitive intelligence, with some exposure to management consulting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate articulately to deliver value.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and an ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in building relationships and working collaboratively across functions.
- Prior experience in the crypto/web3 or payments industry is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic about exploring innovative marketing approaches in a rapidly evolving and dynamic industry.

Compensation Details:
- Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
- Additional Benefits: Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) contributions, discretionary vacation policy, paid sick leave, and holidays
