Your Responsibilities:
We are in search of a Product Marketing Manager with a consultant background and a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency. In this role, you will spearhead the development of a competitive intelligence function within the product marketing team. Key responsibilities include generating in-depth competitive insights to guide market positioning and messaging for Circle’s products in various industries like banking, fintech, exchanges, payments, and Web3. Team collaboration with product, sales, marketing, and communications departments is essential.

Key Duties:
- Conduct detailed customer research to tailor messaging and marketing strategies for specific market segments.
- Develop and lead the competitive intelligence function within the product marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product and marketing strategies based on competitive insights.
- Maintain a comprehensive competitive landscape repository and offer strategic intelligence to senior stakeholders.
- Provide training sessions for sales and marketing on competitive positioning and industry trends.
- Engage with industry analysts and conduct primary research to validate competitive assumptions.
- Monitor competitor activities to adjust market strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in B2B product marketing or competitive intelligence, with a preference for management consulting background.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong relationship-building skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Industry experience in crypto/web3 or payments is advantageous.
- Passion for innovation in a rapidly evolving industry with no established playbook.

- Compensation ranges account for factors like experience, skill set, and business needs.
- Compensation Package: Base Pay Range $175,000 - $225,000, Annual Bonus Target 17.5%, Comprehensive benefits including equity, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), Flexible vacation policy, Paid sick leave and holidays.
