Responsibilities
Circle is in search of a proficient Product Marketing Manager with consulting experience familiar with blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. In a crucial role, the individual will establish a competitive intelligence framework in the product marketing team, essential for market positioning and messaging enhancement across various industry verticals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and communication teams, to shape strategies encapsulates an important facet of this role.

Key Duties
- Conduct thorough customer research to grasp diverse market segments' needs, habits, and preferences to tailor messaging and strategies.
- Foster a competitive intelligence setup in the product marketing team for deep market comprehension, competitivity insights, and industry trends.
- Liaise with key teams to communicate insights effectively and influence strategies.
- Maintain a detailed competitor repository supplying actionable intelligence to senior management.
- Conduct training and development programs about competitive positioning and market trends.
- Engage with industry analysts and undertake primary research for validation.
- Analyze and monitor competitor activities, product innovations, and customer engagement methods.
What You Bring to Circle
- 8+ years B2B product marketing/competitive intelligence experience, preferred background in management consulting.
- Proven independent work ethic, proficient in communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas effectively, excellent relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Industry experience in crypto/web3 or payments sector preferred.
- Passion for marketing in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry.
Additional Information
- First-group PERM sponsorship eligible for qualifying candidates.
- Compensation considers various factors such as experience, qualifications, and business/organizational needs.
- Compensation Package: Base Pay Range $175,000 - $225,000, Annual Bonus Target 17.5%, equity, benefits, and discretionary leave policies.
