Responsibilities:
- Take a leadership role in solving real-world problems using tech skills.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Leadership teams to drive FTS to the forefront of the FinTech industry.
- Work with DevOps, SecOps, and business teams to create a secure, multi-tenant authentication environment for Lending as a Service.
- Implement authentication integrations with external identity providers in partnership with business teams and external partners.
- Develop robust customer authentication systems for various scenarios, including B2C and B2B2C.
- Collaborate with partners to facilitate Web3 wallet-based authentication.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to development teams.
- Design and maintain a company-wide platform for building backend microservices, internal tools, and customer-facing applications.

Requirements:
