Your mission

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist who can drive innovation, optimize business processes, and enhance operational efficiency at Bitpanda. Your strategic vision will be instrumental in elevating our performance and creating a more agile and effective organizational structure.

What you’ll do 

• Develop and execute strategies to drive operational excellence and streamline business processes.
• Lead the OpX community, educating and empowering colleagues to embrace continuous improvement practices.
• Implement change management initiatives to embed operational excellence into Bitpanda's culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements and improve overall business outcomes.
• Work closely with the hyperautomation team to implement end-to-end process automation solutions.

Who you are

• Experienced in operations, business process optimization, and change management.
• Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, BPMN 2.0, and process mapping tools.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data insights into actionable strategies.
• Thorough understanding of hyperautomation and its application in enhancing operations.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
