Procurement Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate vendor onboarding by creating vendors, conducting vendor due diligence reviews, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal audits and regulatory requirements.
• Support daily procurement operations across various indirect categories, maintaining alignment with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Oversee the vendor lifecycle, including managing RFP/RFQ processes, vendor selection, evaluations, and continual performance assessments.
• Lead vendor negotiations based on market insights, covering aspects like price, quantities, delivery timelines, SLAs, and oversee contract finalizations.
• Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance procurement awareness and compliance company-wide.
• Contribute to streamlining processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance in procurement operations.
• Provide support in data analysis, invoice validation, process initiation, and procurement document tracking to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage vendors and internal stakeholders globally.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in indirect procurement, preferably complemented by exposure to Compliance, Marketing, Technology, or Professional Services.
• Ability to drive procurement efficiency by understanding contract terms, focusing on processes and costs, and collaborating with teams for smooth execution.
• Proficiency in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and Vendor Assessment procedures.
• Strong project management skills with excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a sense of ownership to provide impactful solutions.
• Results-oriented with a delivery mindset, comfortable working independently and in global teams.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
• Skilled in negotiation and market awareness with an aptitude for identifying opportunities and achieving desirable outcomes.
