Responsibilities: Circle is seeking a Product Compliance Analyst to collaborate across departments in supporting the company's product expansion initiatives and maintaining rigorous change management processes. In this role, you will operate within the Product Compliance team under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Product Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess proposed product changes and expansions, including international ventures, blockchain projects, and partner integrations.
• Develop standardized risk assessment methodologies for products and blockchain technology aligned with enterprise risk practices.
• Document product and blockchain risk assessments.
• Research international regulations pertinent to Circle's expansion goals, traditional financial sectors, and digital assets.
• Contribute insights to Circle’s strategic business decisions regarding Product and Compliance.
• Engage in Compliance and Product meetings, industry conferences, and liaise with compliance-focused professionals and partners.
• Analyze various blockchain technologies in light of regulatory advancements and industry innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Fintech, risk, compliance, or blockchain-related roles.
• Proficiency in virtual assets, blockchain, and emerging web3 technologies.
• Familiarity with global financial regulatory compliance, especially in the virtual asset/blockchain domain.
• Excellent communication skills, including technical writing.
• Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Information: This role is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Circle offers competitive compensation packages based on relevant experience and qualifications, including a pay range of $81,000 - $109,000, a 10% annual bonus target, equity, medical benefits, retirement benefits, discretionary vacation policy, paid sick leave, and holidays.
