Product Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Product Compliance Analyst to collaborate with various teams and enhance Circle's product expansion initiatives and transformation protocols. This position will be part of the Product Compliance unit and report to the Senior Manager, Product Compliance.

Primary Duties:

• Evaluate prospective changes and expansions of Circle's products, such as international ventures, blockchain integration, and partnerships.
• Develop standardized risk assessment procedures for products and blockchains to align with Circle's enterprise risk evaluation practices.
• Document product and blockchain risks.
• Research global regulations for Circle's expansion endeavors, traditional financial systems, and digital assets.
• Participate in strategizing compliance practices and decision-making processes related to Product and Compliance.
• Engage in Compliance and Product meetings, attend industry events, and liaise with partners to stay updated on compliance-related advancements.
• Research, analyze, and report on various blockchain technologies concerning regulatory updates and industry advancements.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Fintech, risk, compliance, or blockchain-focused roles.
• Familiarity with virtual assets, blockchain technology, and emerging web3 technologies.
• Proficiency in US and global financial compliance requirements pertaining to virtual assets/blockchain.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in technical writing.
• Experience with tools such as Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
