As part of the Product team, you will receive guidance from Senior Product Managers and business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Play an integral role in supporting the Product Management team by analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market to shape product requirements and features.
• Work closely with Product Managers in defining project requirements, timelines, and managing deliverables efficiently.

Promote responsible gambling practices in coordination with the Customer Welfare team, complying with regulations and introducing new features. Collaborate with Product Managers to ideate solutions that enhance the platform while adhering to safety guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, emphasizing collaboration and task management.
• Experienced in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and implementing feedback throughout project lifecycles.
• Conversant with Agile principles, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in product coordination, project/account management, or product development within an agency setting.

Additional Skills Preferred:

• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
• Knowledge of process modeling, crafting business cases, and familiarity with quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with sports or gambling industry advantageous.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency operations beneficial.
