Product Design Lead

About the Role:

The role involves leading a team of designers within the Main App division at Crypto.com. As a Product Design Lead, you will steer the design direction across various products in the app, support designers, collaborate with product managers, and foster a positive environment for delivering top-notch designs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of 2-3 product designers by providing collaboration, feedback, and direction.
• Work closely with different product managers in the Main App to set timelines, priorities, and delivery goals.
• Offer guidance, coaching, and support to designers to create a conducive design environment for their development.
• Design solutions when necessary to convey ideas and provide support.
• Establish, maintain, and refine an effective design process for the team.
• Share design expertise to mentor and train fellow designers.
• Conduct user research activities such as user interviews and usability tests.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align design decisions with the overall vision.
• Present and articulate design direction to various teams effectively.

Requirements:

• Profound design knowledge and skills with a strong portfolio showcasing work on international digital products.
• Experience in user-centered design, UX principles, and strategic design planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality products at scale.
• Experience in leading design teams and coaching team members.
• Visionary leader with a creative mindset, business acumen, and exceptional execution skills.
• Bonus points for relevant education or experience in areas like graphic design, finance, or development.
• Submission of a comprehensive portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
