Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience who will play a crucial role in designing, expanding, and enhancing our product ecosystem. This position involves a broad product sense encompassing various areas within financial technology.

Design:
Demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end product design process, from user research to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.
Strong familiarity with responsive web design strategies and mobile-first approaches.
Proven ability to create and manage comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
Competence in designing data-rich interfaces and intricate financial workflows.
Research:
Experience conducing user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design enhancements.
Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.
Proficiency with user testing tools like UserTesting, Maze, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with A/B testing methods and interpreting test results.
Tools and Technologies:
Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Competency with design collaboration platforms (Figjam, Miro, Jira).
Knowledge of version control concepts and design version management.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of financial products and services, specifically within digital banking or fintech.

Senior Product Designer
What you’ll be doing:
Identify User Needs and Conduct Research: Analyze user requirements, conduct research, and perform usability testing to craft data-driven, user-centered solutions that drive the creation of impactful features.
Design, prototype, and collaborate: Create wireframes that inspire collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams, seamlessly translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into cutting-edge design solutions.
Develop User Flows & Architecture: Design user flows and information architecture for seamless navigation and interactions with blockchain applications.
Maintain a Cohesive Design System: Contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across desktop and mobile platforms.
Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with Web3 industry trends and best practices to enhance the user experience of our products and services.
Lead Complex Design Challenges: Drive the end-to-end resolution of complex design problems, turning user insights and data into innovative solutions.
What you will need:
Proven experience in product design, particularly in the Web3 or blockchain space.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality user experiences and visual design work.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions to the team.
Passion for user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of UX and UI.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Active user of investment applications or other fintech apps.

Senior Product Designer
What things will look like.
As a solo designer, you’ll autonomy and accountability to lead our design direction.
This isn’t going to look like your usual dark mode, lumo DEX UI with gradients.
You’ll play an instrumental role in architecting our systems, working with our other FE engineer, our CTO (co-founder) and product manager.
Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
Draw upon our new visual identity and take it to new heights working hand-in-hand with our in-house graphic designer.
Deeply involved in discovery including speaking to users.
Ideate frequently with our founders (CEO and CTO).
We prioritise learning and shipping. We keep processes minimal.
Craft delightful experiences
We avoid unnecessary meetings. We plan on Mondays and do demos on Fridays. That’s pretty much it. We have ad hoc working sessions and do async daily updates.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Design experience

Game Balance/Numerical Designer
Design and adjust the numerical systems for Web3 event-related products, including event points, prize tiers, lottery drop rates, viral referral setups, NFT-related values, and coordination of in-game and on-chain assets to ensure game balance and playability.
Collaborate closely with the development and design teams to create numerical design plans and follow through on their implementation.
Analyze player data and feedback to continuously optimize event and game numerical systems and economic models.
Participate in the balance testing of events and game content, making timely adjustments to the numbers in response to player behavior and market shifts.
Design and adjust the virtual economy within the game, including currency, items, rewards, etc., in line with the game’s operational strategy.
Create and maintain documentation for numerical design to ensure clear understanding and collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in game or event numerical design, with a track record of successful projects preferred.
Familiar with the game and event development process, possessing systematic thinking skills to balance both the fun and commercial needs of the game.
