Role Overview

We are in need of a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience to play a key role in designing, scaling, and enhancing our product ecosystem. This position requires a designer with a strong product intuition across various financial technology sectors.

• Mastery of the product design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
• Proficiency in using Figma for interface design, prototyping, and managing design systems.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches.
• Demonstrated skill in designing comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding how to design data-heavy interfaces and complex financial processes.
• Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and leveraging findings to enhance designs.
• Proficiency with tools like UserTesting and Maze, and familiarity with A/B testing methods.
• Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping tools, and design collaboration platforms like Figjam and Miro.
• Knowledge of version control concepts and experience in design version management.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Understanding of financial products, digital banking, and fintech services.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Experience designing KYC/AML processes and security-focused interfaces.
