We are in the process of creating a transformative platform that connects traditional finance and cryptocurrency. We are looking for a versatile Product Designer capable of delivering exceptional digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms.

Role Overview

We are in need of a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience who will play a critical role in designing, expanding, and enhancing our product ecosystem. This role does not focus on a specific product line but requires a designer with a solid product sense across financial technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role goes beyond mere pixel pushing. We need a design partner who approaches every interface as a complex puzzle waiting to be elegantly solved. Your responsibilities include:
• Deconstructing complex challenges within financial products and reconstructing them into intuitive experiences
• Challenging existing design norms by asking insightful questions that reveal deeper user needs
• Navigating the intricate space between traditional finance and emerging crypto platforms, simplifying complexity into clarity
• Developing design solutions that not only look beautiful but also fundamentally alter how users engage with financial technology
• Harmonizing engineering precision, product vision, and user expectations
• Instead of simply following instructions, you are expected to challenge prevailing industry standards and drive design discussions that reshape users' understanding and interaction with financial products.

Specific Skills Required:

• Design

• Extensive expertise in the end-to-end product design process, starting from user research and wireframing through to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems

• Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and maintaining design systems

• Strong background in responsive web design principles and mobile-first strategies

• Proven capability in crafting and managing comprehensive design systems and component libraries

• Ability in designing interfaces with large amounts of data and complex financial workflows

• Research

• Previous experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and utilizing feedback for actionable design enhancements

• Proficiency in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to drive design choices

• Familiarity with user testing tools such as UserTesting, Maze, or similar platforms

• Experience with A/B testing techniques and interpreting test results

• Tools and Technologies

• Advanced skills in Figma and prototyping tools

• Competence with design collaboration tools like Figjam, Miro, and Jira

• Understanding of version control concepts and design version management

• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms

• Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of financial products and services, especially in digital banking and fintech

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts

• Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and their influence on UX design

• Experience in designing KYC/AML flows and security-conscious interfaces
