Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience who will play a key role in designing, scaling, and enhancing our product ecosystem. This position is not specific to a particular product line but requires a designer with a strong grasp of product design principles in the financial technology sector.

Specific Skills Required:

Design:

• Demonstrated expertise in the full product design process, from user research to design systems.
• Mastery of Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Proficiency in responsive web design and mobile-first approaches.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to design data-heavy interfaces and intricate financial workflows.

Research:

• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
• Analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data for design decisions.
• Knowledge of user testing tools and A/B testing methodologies.

Tools and Technologies:

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Proficiency with design collaboration tools and design version management.
• Familiarity with analytics tools.
• Experience with financial products, especially digital banking and fintech.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, blockchain technology, and financial regulatory requirements affecting UX design.
• Experience in designing KYC/AML flows and security-conscious interfaces.
