Role Overview
We are in search of a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience to play a key role in defining and designing our fiat-to-crypto experiences. Collaborating closely with our product management team in the UK, you will be responsible for transforming complex financial processes into user-friendly interfaces. While previous fintech experience is not mandatory, we are seeking an individual eager to explore the complexities of traditional finance and cryptocurrency.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing seamless user experiences for transitioning between traditional currency and crypto assets
- Create intuitive user flows for multi-currency accounts and global money transfers
- Collaborate with the UK-based product team to outline and enhance our fiat product strategy
- Develop user-friendly interfaces for yield-earning functionalities

Specific Skills Required
Design:
Proficient in the end-to-end product design process, from user research to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems

Proficient in designing data-intensive interfaces and complex financial workflows
Research:
Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and implementing findings to enhance design

Experience with A/B testing and analyzing test results
Tools and Technologies:
