About Our Mission

We are working on developing a revolutionary platform that connects traditional finance with cryptocurrency. Our goal is to create a borderless, instant, and inclusive financial transaction system for all. We are expanding our global fiat on/off ramps, launching personal multi-currency accounts, enabling cash yield earning, and creating 1-second, 1-cent global transfers. We are looking for a versatile Product Designer to contribute to shaping these experiences on our platform.

Role Overview

We are in search of a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience to play a key role in defining and designing our fiat-to-crypto experiences. Collaborating closely with our product management team in the UK, you will be responsible for transforming complex financial processes into user-friendly interfaces. While previous fintech experience is not mandatory, we are seeking an individual eager to explore the complexities of traditional finance and cryptocurrency.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing seamless user experiences for transitioning between traditional currency and crypto assets
• Create intuitive user flows for multi-currency accounts and global money transfers
• Collaborate with the UK-based product team to outline and enhance our fiat product strategy
• Develop user-friendly interfaces for yield-earning functionalities
• Ensure consistency across our global fiat on/off ramp solutions
• Simplify complex financial concepts into clear and accessible user interfaces

Specific Skills Required

• Design:

• Proficient in the end-to-end product design process, from user research to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems

• Expertise in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design system maintenance

• Strong background in responsive web design and mobile-first approaches

• Skilled in developing and maintaining comprehensive design systems and component libraries

• Proficient in designing data-intensive interfaces and complex financial workflows

• Research:

• Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and implementing findings to enhance design

• Analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data for design decision-making

• Familiarity with user testing tools like UserTesting, Maze, or similar platforms

• Experience with A/B testing and analyzing test results

• Tools and Technologies:

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools

• Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figjam, Miro, and Jira

• Understanding of version control concepts and design version management

• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel

• Domain Knowledge:

• Understanding of financial products and services, especially in digital banking or fintech

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts and blockchain technology

• Awareness of financial regulatory requirements and how they impact UX design

• Experience in designing KYC/AML flows and security-conscious interfaces
