Product Designer (Fiat)

We are working on a groundbreaking platform that connects traditional finance and cryptocurrency to facilitate borderless, instant, and inclusive financial transactions for all. We are looking for a versatile Product Designer to contribute to shaping the user experiences on our platform.

Position Summary:

We are in need of a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience to play a key role in designing our fiat-to-crypto interactions. Collaborating closely with our product management team in the UK, you will be responsible for translating complex financial processes into intuitive user experiences. While prior fintech experience is not mandatory, we seek someone who is enthusiastic about delving into the convergence of traditional finance and cryptocurrency.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly pathways for transitioning between traditional currencies and cryptocurrencies
• Develop intuitive interfaces for multi-currency accounts and global money transfers
• Work alongside our UK product team to shape and enhance our fiat product strategy
• Create easy-to-use interfaces for yield-earning functionalities
• Ensure a consistent user experience across our global fiat on/off ramps
• Simplify intricate financial concepts into clear, user-friendly interfaces

• Collaboration: Skilled in leading design discussions across different time zones, comfortable with evolving product requirements
• Purpose: Motivated by the potential impact of enhancing accessibility to financial services
• Regulations: Prior experience balancing user needs with regulatory demands and technical limitations

Specific Skill Requirements:

• Solid understanding of financial products/services, especially in digital banking and fintech
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology concepts
• Proficient in designing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) interfaces
• Experience in maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Comfortable with data-heavy interfaces and complex financial workflows
