About the Mission

Our organization is dedicated to creating a groundbreaking platform that merges traditional financial services with cryptocurrency. The primary objective is to make financial transactions seamless, instant, and accessible on a global scale. We are in the process of expanding our fiat on/off ramps worldwide, launching multi-currency accounts, facilitating yield earning on cash, and enabling rapid global transfers in just one second and at one cent. We are currently looking for a versatile Product Designer to play a crucial role in shaping these experiences across our platform.

Overview of the Role

We are in search of a Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience to help define and design our fiat-to-crypto user experiences. Your main responsibility will involve partnering closely with our UK product management team to transform intricate financial processes into intuitive user experiences. While prior fintech experience is not mandatory, we are seeking someone enthusiastic about exploring the intersection of traditional finance and cryptocurrency.

Key Responsibilities

• This role entails more than simply designing interfaces; we require a design collaborator who perceives each interface as an opportunity to simplify complex financial interactions. Your tasks will include:
• Creating seamless user experiences for transitioning between traditional currency and crypto assets
• Designing user-friendly flows for multi-currency accounts and worldwide money transfers
• Collaborating with our UK-based product team to define and enhance our fiat product strategy
• Developing user-friendly interfaces for features related to earning yield
• Ensuring a consistent user experience across our global fiat on/off ramp solutions
• Simplifying complex financial concepts into clear and user-friendly interfaces

Technical Proficiency

• Skills in the end-to-end product design process and maintaining design systems
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design system maintenance
• Strong background in responsive web design and mobile-first approaches
• Experience in developing and managing comprehensive design systems and component libraries
• Experience in designing data-heavy interfaces and complex financial workflows

Research

• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and using findings to enhance design
• Ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions
• Proficiency in user testing tools such as UserTesting, Maze, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and interpreting test results

Tools and Technologies

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Expertise in design collaboration tools like Figjam, Miro, Jira
• Understanding of version control concepts and design version management
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms

Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of financial products and services, specifically in digital banking and fintech
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency concepts and blockchain technology
• Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and their influence on UX design
• Experience in designing KYC/AML flows and security-focused interfaces
