Description
We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to join the Crypto.com Innovation Lab, a dedicated space for creating new ideas, features, and products. In this role, you will develop simple prototypes that evolve into full-fledged end-to-end experiences, emphasizing product thinking and high-fidelity design execution.
Joining a design-focused organization, you will work in an environment that values design thinking at all levels. Collaborating with skilled designers, developers, and product managers, you will have the autonomy to implement your vision and contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Define innovative product concepts
- Conceptualize new products and features both within and beyond the existing product line
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate product ideas and define design experiences
- Create interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to showcase interaction ideas
- Develop comprehensive experiences and brand identity elements
- Conduct market research and user testing activities
- Present design concepts to leadership and incorporate feedback for enhancements
- Collaborate with developers for design implementation
Requirements:
- Knowledge and interest in cryptocurrency trading
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer for digital products
- Proficiency in Figma including components, variables, and styles
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of UX principles
- Familiarity with various research methods and their application
- Ability to drive product direction through data and experimentation
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions
- Strong leadership abilities to build partnerships with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a design agency and building new products from scratch
- Familiarity with additional design tools and coding languages like C4D and AE
- Ability to design web landing pages considering web-specific constraints
