The Cash team focuses on money movement and transfers, working with various financial institutions to facilitate seamless transactions for our users.
We are seeking an experienced Product Director with a hands-on approach and a strategic vision to lead the development of a transformative platform that revolutionizes money management for users. This role specifically involves working with US partners, requiring a deep knowledge of US banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liquidity and Settlement: Manage Treasury Product to ensure continuous liquidity for user pay-outs and trading activities.
- High-Acceptance Rate Focus: Enhance transaction acceptance rates through optimization of payment processing relationships and compliance processes.
- Strategic Bank Partnership: Lead negotiations and integrations for direct bank relationships to provide tailored payment solutions.
- Payment Orchestration & Routing: Design a dynamic routing engine for optimal transaction routing based on various factors.
- Institutional On-Ramp: Develop scalable fiat payment solutions for institutional clients.
- Key Success Metrics: Improve funding and withdrawal processing times, increase pay-in acceptance rates, and optimize transaction costs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years in product leadership within cross-border payment infrastructure.
- Proficiency in selecting and integrating payment rails for instant trading solutions.
- Ability to understand technical APIs and translate them into user-focused impact.
