The Role

As part of our Customer Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maximizing the value our platform provides. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, guiding their onboarding process, resolving inquiries and issues promptly, and seeking their feedback to align our product roadmap with their needs.

This role requires a technical background and involves working closely with various stakeholders within the company. You will primarily focus on delivering customer-centered results by understanding their requirements, proposing solutions, and transforming their feedback into actionable product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers on a hands-on basis
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Gather and analyze product feedback and usage/performance data to drive product development

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in a software development role
  • Technical degree
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to comprehend and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to measure and monitor customer performance
  • Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto
  • Experience with blockchain technology is highly desirable
  • Entrepreneurial experience or involvement in side projects is a plus
  • Start-up experience is advantageous
