Crypto.com is committed to driving the global adoption of cryptocurrency and is seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to play a key role in advancing our Exchange App. This individual will lead strategic initiatives, lifecycle programs, and product positioning to fuel user growth and engagement on a global scale.
This position requires a strategic marketer who excels in dynamic, high-responsibility environments, where product, data, and creative execution intersect. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to align feature releases, growth campaigns, and user insights to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user segments worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to drive the roadmap for the Exchange vertical.
- Define value propositions that set our platform apart in a competitive global market.
- Work with data, analytics, and product teams to identify user personas and develop tailored journeys for different user segments.
- Lead creative and copy positioning to empower growth teams in executing impactful and localized campaigns.
- Maintain close alignment with product managers on roadmap priorities and customer feedback loops.
- Launch Execution
- Manage go-to-market planning with the product team for feature launches.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for user acquisition.
- Ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-driven in collaboration with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Customize messaging for region-specific launches in coordination with local market teams and growth.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Utilize user feedback and surveys to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to shape prioritization and positioning strategies.
- Growth & Retention
- Design lifecycle programs to enhance user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Develop promotions and incentive programs to increase engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
- Performance & Reporting
- Define KPIs in collaboration with Growth and Product teams, focusing on funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
- Utilize tools such as GA4, Tableau, Mixpanel for reporting, working closely with analytics and product teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3-to-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the crypto industry.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products/platforms and driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Highly collaborative with a proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is a plus.
- Knowledge of community-led growth or a background in the crypto space is advantageous.
